From time to time this corporation locates properties that need loving touches or massive rehabilitation to bring them to the standard of the neighborhood in which they reside.  We are not altruistic we need to profit to exist but if we can profit while upgrading a neighborhood we make new friends and business opportunities.  So we do not believe that profits and being a good neighbor are mutually exclusive.  These are the opportunities we funnel our investment cash.
